San Jose Giant Race Event Update

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the extreme uncertainty about events in the June timeframe, we’ve made the decision to convert the 2020 San Jose Giant Race presented by Alaska Airlines to a virtual event.

We know this kinda feels right now like a one run game ending in a lazy popout to 2nd base with Buster Posey on deck, but just like every other Giants game – there’s always another one tomorrow – and in this
case you still get to participate virtually!

That means all registered runners will still receive their goodies after participating in the safety of their own neighborhoods – including race bib, official shirt, and medal.

In addition, expect some exclusive virtual swag that we think is pretty cool (but don’t take our word for it, ask the almighty Insta to verify officially) – think DIY finish line, custom Zoom backgrounds, finisher wallpapers, a race week podcast, course suggestions, and even a 4-week customized training plan to help you shed that Quarantine 15 and earn that medal.
